Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the actions taken to create an attractive tourist offer of Lublin Voivodeship in active and culture tourism. A review of current projects of the development of tourism products offers was prepared. For a detailed analysis, as an example of innovative activity of travel industry, a selected set of commercialized offers inbound tourism to Lublin Voivodeship was chosen. To achieve the aim the analysis of the literature and strategic documents and also direct interviews with representatives of Lublin travel agents were employed. An important aspect of the study was to gain the views of the travel industry of the creation and implementation process of tourism products in the field of active and cultural tourism.
