Selected problems of loan exclusion in the context of assumptions for sustainable development

Summary/Abstract: One of the priorities of the Europe 2020 strategy is the development favourable to social inclusion. In this context, financial exclusion, especially loan exclusion, becomes an important issue. In Europe it is considered to be primary to social exclusion. This article is an attempt to answer the questions: 1) Is the ethical financing a key to reducing the scale of financial exclusion? and 2) Is it a response to the expectations associated with the assumptions for sustainable development and social responsibility?
