Chosen elements of work security strategies in an organization – research results of organizations of Lower Silesia region

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyse the activities of selected elements of work security strategies in organizations. Activities undertaken demonstrate the formulation of the strategy and its implementation. Behaviours were studied in the field of occupational health and safety. The study was performed among employers of the region of Lower Silesia. Research was conducted on a sample of 2,000 organizations selected by interview, using a questionnaire. Research shows that employers of Lower Silesia region formulate and implement a work security strategy in their organizations to a small extent.
