Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the paper is presentation and analysis of the opinion of Polish consumers about the services of real estate agents. The paper is based on the results of own research – a survey conducted in CAWI technique. Based on the obtained opinions of consumers there were identified main advantages of using the services of real estate agencies, as well as were discussed the main disadvantages of these services. As a summary there was made the analysis of the potential incentives that can be used by managers and emphasized in marketing communications in order to encourage potential customers to use the services of real estate agencies.
