Summary/Abstract: It is beginning of the new programming period, and with it there are new resources for regional development. In order the country and regions benefit from the funds, certain conditions must be met, among them necessary documents in accordance with the proposals of the European Commission and EU documents are to be prepared. Lower Silesia is a region for which an increase in funding for the ROP is more than 80% compared to the previous programming period. Currently ROP WD 2014-2020 has been submitted to the European Commission which together with the Partnership Agreement are waiting for approval, what will enable to start procedures allowing to use the new resources.
