Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is an attempt to verify the model adopted by the author of the concept of quantization sense of satisfaction. The specific objective of presented in a paper was to verify the quantitative index reflecting the contractual level of satisfaction, and thus evaluation of measurement adopted reference scale evaluation (assessment scatter level). The second, methodical aim of described study according to the pilot was to verify the results obtained in the context of each attribute in the configuration. Analysis of the variables in this regard is to diagnose the validity of the adopted generate a sense of job satisfaction factors. The aim of the pilot is therefore an attempt to assess the relationship between the factors that determine the right level of feeling of satisfaction (attributes objective), and situational variables (data from the specifications), which may be of subjective attributes.
