Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the nature and development of transport services marketing, the main orientations of the transport companies’ activities and the use and evolution of various marketing instruments in transport services. The purpose of the paper is to discuss the transformations taking place in transport services marketing, recognized in a classic way – the instrumental way, in regards to the widest, seven-element concept.
