Summary/Abstract: This article examines the relation between preferences for work-life balance and the tendency to leave the organization among young people on the labour market in Bulgaria. The results of an empirical research are presented, which show a stable correlation between the two variables. When the need for work-life balance increases, which has been proven among younger generations in previous research, the tendency to leave the organization that doesn’t offer a choice for such balance also increases.
