Summary/Abstract: The presented quality problems in the delivery companies in the context of building a competitive advantage on the contemporary market was the main aim of the paper. The level of quality of delivery services was identified by analyzing the following parameters: knowledge and skills of employees, customer service, the reaction time and implementation services courier, of courier companies communication with customers. The approach to the quality problems in analyzed delivery companies was diversified, and had an impact on building competitive advantage.
