Summary/Abstract: Ethical Issues on End of Life Medicalization: Palliative Care. Palliative care or treatments are complete treatments for a patient unresponsive to ordinary treatment. Because of the concept of „medicalization” of the end of life, emerged in recent decades, it intervened also a major change, which falls within the framework of economic, social and ethical constraints, new and unprecedented before in the history. Therefore we have questions to whom expect solutions: what to do, what responsibility we have in front of patients and diseases whose cure it is excluded?
