Project success factors

Summary/Abstract: Projects are now becoming the norm in almost every medium and large enterprise. There is a need to support projects with appropriate instruments which will enable effective completion. A multivariate analysis of factors that may ultimately decide about the success or failure is very important for the project. Importantly, the concept of success is not clear and can be interpreted differently by different stakeholders. This means therefore that there can be various factors affecting the success of projects. The purpose of this article is to show the complexity of the success of projects, and an indication of the factors determining the success of implementation.
