Financial aspect of the concept of urban renewal in the light of the objectives of the project of Revitalization Act

Summary/Abstract: Revitalization is a concept of degraded urban renewal usually included in the urban development strategies. It is necessary to keep in mind that carrying out activities on the subject in the first place requires a careful, precise definition of the financial resources allocated to them in the long term. Therefore, gathering, collecting funds from the public institutions and also from private investors is a vital part of revitalization of activities involving planning. The aim of this article is to present the key issues related to just the financial aspects of the project of Revitalization Act.
