Information determinants of the efficiency of regulation processes in macrosystem

Summary/Abstract: In the subject literature, inessential matter and energy appearing at the output of open social and economic systems is introduced to be the main factor which causes some external effects. It limits the efficiency of the systems which are subject to pressure, and as a result the efficiency of the whole macrosystem. However, the role of information is being omitting, as it can be the source of positive as well as negative external effects. The article attempts to complete this description through highlighting the role of the communication processes and information quality, which shape the relationships among elements-systems, and create more or less efficient structure of macrosystem.
