Summary/Abstract: Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) consists of two parts: the measurement model and the structural model. The measurement model specifies how the latent variables or hypothetical constructs are measured in terms of the observed variables. The structural equation model specifies the causal relationships among the lateen variables and describes the underlying effects and the amount of unexplained variance. SEM can be applied in multiple group analysis and intercultural analysis (multiple group analysis). The aim of this study is to compare regions of Poland in terms of labour market indicators. Model group analysis was applied to compare a factor model between groups.
