Summary/Abstract: The continuation of a life story of Peter Yevgenyevich Kornilov known as historian, pedagogue, museum manager, editor and collector. This material covers period from the end of 1925 until 1932 years associated with his residence in Kazan, participation in the Asian Cultures Museum expeditions to Central Asia and his moving to Bokhara where he served in the State Museum. Author tried to provide insight into the scientist’s work inextricably connected with events took place in Russia on the ground of archive documents and tractates kept by P. E. Kornilov’s family.
