Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to shed light on the problem why there are differences in organizational visions. The aim of the paper is also to analyze how motivational factors for managers affect organizational visions. The analysis is based on a literature review. It is expected that there is a linkage between motivation system for managers and the meaning of organizational vision.
