The use of network analysis to identify futures of management system

Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt to identify the connections of features of the organizational networks with the efficiency level of management system. The article outlines the assumptions of efficiency of the management system in terms of complex systems theory. It points to the coexistence of subsystems that are in mutual relations and identifies these relationships with respect to improving the efficiency of the management system. It shows the opportunities of organizational network analysis to identify the systems structures according to the performance management system
