Contemporary model of strategic management – a research proposal

Summary/Abstract: Despite the existence of multiple models of strategic management; there is a practical difficulty in implementing them. It is difficult to find a universal model of strategic management applicable in organizations of different types and industries. The goal of this paper is to present a research model of contemporary strategic management practices based on the pillars of: adaptability; direction and effectiveness. Usefulness of such a model will be verified by objective economic measures.
