Summary/Abstract: To be a good leader is not only a heritage. It becomes more and more important that leaders have to be trained. They should learn how to be effective leaders, how to gain respect, how to be flexible, but firm. In modern management good leaders are helping people and organizations to perform and develop, that means to concentrate both of the aim of organizations and the employees. That’s not easy to have a balance between the two. That’s why leaders have to learn how to do this.
