Summary/Abstract: It is very important for insurance companies to know the needs of customers, because their satisfaction guarantees future profits. A satisfied customer works on behalf of an insurance company, not only by making another purchase of an insurance service, but also by shaping a positive opinion about the firm. This article shows the results of the survey defining the range of marketing essence of customers as users of insurance services.
