Summary/Abstract: Development is a diagnosis and a voice in the debate over the effectiveness of the minimum wage to unemployment benefits. An increase in the minimum wage forces employers to better remuneration. No increases may also result in loss of motivation among employees and lower efficiency. An increase in the minimum wage should be lower, or at most equal to the growth of labor productivity, and thus constantly replenished on improving the quality of human capital. Employees taking a job, a statutory minimum wage, often addicted its decision on what is the relation of wages to unemployment benefits. Analysis to determine the impact of minimum wages on the labor market indicates that there are two markets – the market for unskilled and skilled labor market. Statutory minimum wage is close to many people the way to the regular labor market. In any case, the establishment of a minimum wage is unfounded.
