EFFICIENCY PAY IN THE MODEL SHAPIRO-STIGLITZ – REGIONAL PRESENTATION

Summary/Abstract: In the study the author is taking issues of the efficiency pay in the context of the model Shapiro-Stiglitz. to begin with is asking questions whether according to the model Shapiro-Stiglitz in Polish conditions a statistical relation exists in individual provinces between the work output and the gross average salary. The consequence of the study is setting rates of the determination and their interpretation in the regional presentation and in the process taking back to the representative presentation the efficiency pay.
