Summary/Abstract: The article consists of analysis of social innovation and social business model conception and represents current situation and perspectives of social business. According to business concept, social businesses apply standard social business models that all recover their full costs and pass profits on to customers who shall benefit from low prices, adequate services and better access to maximize the social profit equation. In addition, there is hybrid social business model where using partnerships and social profit, the main goal is to get economic value and explore new international markets. Modern business tendencies engage to create social-economic value to the society solving various social problems; therefore, the tendencies and patterns of social business models are analyzed.
