The necessary is behavior of balance among between protection of possessed supplies and possibility of development of various of forms tourism, as well as the activation of local communities, especially on menaced unemployment terrains. The aim of paper is the analysis of elements development of tourist facilities and values eleven communes border of Zachodniopomorskie Province located in grounds of diverse functional areas in aspect of development of tourism compatibly with principles of sustainable development
