Summary/Abstract: The article studies psychological alienation as a mechanism of destruction of corporate culture in organizations. The authors provide their own understanding of the phenomenon of psychological alienation within the socioeconomic activity of the subjects of professional activity. It has been experimentally shown that management style, interpersonal relations as well as professionalism of employees and their motivation act as factors to overcome psychological alienation in corporate culture of industrial organizations.
