Summary/Abstract: This paper investigates the role of the leader of an organization as a main psychological determinant in motivation of the employees and their acceptance of corporate culture. The study of external and internal motivation of a person revealed that if the corporate culture of an organization takes into account the desire of an individual for self-determination and does not violate the internal integrity of his personality, than the mechanism of the employee’s introception of external purposes starts.
