Summary/Abstract: The paper considers the issues of building trust in contemporary company. The starting point has become a brand as a commonly used way to build trust among external stakeholders. However it underlines the need to target the efforts toward the permanent protection of the company’s credibility through organizational trust. The article provides also the empirical findings on the determinants of intra-organizational trust in detail, which can be good tips for building trust.
