Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to identify and analyse actions that are taken in order to build organizational trust in connection to the idea of diversity management at Intel company. In order to achieve this goal, the following objectives has been set: (1) to identify activities of diversity management in the context of the organizational trust model, (2) to analyse job offers of Intel company in terms of diversity management assumptions, (3) to consider the association between organizational trust and diversity management actions taken by Intel. The investigation is based on the analysis of literature, desk research, case study, as well as the components of ethnography method, including analysis of the website content, social media channel and online job offers of Intel company.
