Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to give an empirical example of chosen elements of the diversity management in the global company in the hospitality sector. Many scholars conduct research on diversity in the workplace, but there are small number of good practices demonstrating how to use the potential of diversity amongst employees to achieve corporate goals in particular. Diversity and inclusion has become a CEO-level issue in the leading companies, so the awareness of diversity management is growing, because it impacts on corporate purpose and performance. The case study provides the example of a project where employees have the opportunity to express their individualism, the personalities and lifestyle differences, therefore they feel valued and included. The diversity is thus reflected in an innovative offer which, in turn makes the brand stronger and adds value for stakeholders.
