Summary/Abstract: In journalism, humor underlying pamphlet, parody, or pastiche is a critical tool that hits the taste of the public. Over time, satirehas been esteemed a favorite species of composition that has been used to expose vices of society and political abuses. For this reason, humoristic discourse at the intersection with the press functions as a punitive court. Public derision equates to a sanction, which is why the press everywhere and at all times has laid its account with the remedial effect of laughter. This has been demonstrated to a great extent by journalistic texts signed by writers and columnists. In the Romanian television programs there are several productions of the category One man show, in which journalists address the socio-political news with humor.
