Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the impact of personal audit to the HR area of the company. The author present the definition of personal audit, the types and area. It was also pointed to the differences between the personal audit, and auditing the HR function. In the final part of the article have been formulated reasons for the using the audit process and any related consequences and the risk, which to result from it.
