Innovativeness of SME sector in Zachodniopomorskie on the background of Poland

Summary/Abstract: Zachodniopomorskie is a characteristic region on the map of Poland. Although Zachodniopomorskie is adjacent to such an innovation leader as Germany and despite the fact that it has excellent access to the sea and is the area in Poland with the most developed SME sector in terms of quantity, unfortunately – poor in terms of innovation and efficiency. The aim of the article is to present the characteristics of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship against the background of Poland in terms of innovation of SMEs.
