Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to evaluate the involvement of housing associations in the implementation of the concept of sustainable development in the light of investment thermomodernization. To achieve analyzed data expenditure on investments by housing cooperatives West Pomeranian Province in the years 2001–2013. Used for this method: an economic analysis, statistical and deduction. As a result, you could specify achieved results.
