Summary/Abstract: The article presents special features of corporate foundations in Poland. This foundations implement CSR into corporate strategy. To achieve the objective of article presents the features of corporate foundation in Poland (is a results of the author research with the use of secondary data such queries: reports on the activities of NGOs in Poland, websites and rankings charity enterprises engaged in activities social). Performed on the needs of the article studies have identified 105 corporate foundations. On the basis of these studies have indicated the specific features of the corporate foundations and Their variations on the diversity of entities referring SUCH organizations Different forms of financing these entities and presents models of corporate foundation branding compared the founderfzc.
