Summary/Abstract: In the light of deliberations it is possible to state that contemporary enterprises must constantly identify factors affecting the innovative development through the deliberate building of their organizational culture. In addition this way they have to manage innovative processes so that systematically and in an optimal way not only use, but also deepen the organizational culture directed for that purpose. Finding the answer to a question is a purpose of this study − whether innovative progress is extorting change of the organizational culture of enterprises. This purpose has been accomplished on the base of literature studies, of which a proposal of the model of action generating innovative progress in enterprises is a result.
