Summary/Abstract: The most important papers on geostrategic determinants of the Poland’s security and geostrategic concepts are created in the National Defence University in Warsaw(AON). The university was established in 1990 as a result of the transformation of the Academy of the General Staff of the Polish Army. Article presents concept of Central Europe as a geostrategic region. Author analyses main papers of three military officers: Zbigniew Lach, Andrzej Łaszczuk and Julian Skrzyp.
