Summary/Abstract: The concept of Radical Subject and the Fourth Political Theory, founded by Alexander Dugin, are some part of the formulation of a new ideology, that we can call Russia’s answer to the challenges of the postmodern world. On the one hand, it is a part of filling the ideological void after the collapse of communism, on the other hand, an important tool for information warfare conducted by the Russian Federation. It is also the philosophical basis of the geopolitical concepts extensively developed in Russia after 1991. One of the most important geopolitical demands of the Russian authorities, actively supported by Alexander Dugin and created by Eurasian Movement, is an idea of the polycentric, multipolar world order. The concept of Radical Subject and the Fourth Political Theory broadly derive from the philosophical traditions of the East (eg. illuminationizm, esoteric Orthodoxy, Buddhism) and the West (eg. Neo-Platonism, the philosophy of Heidegger). Dugin’s philosophy can affect the conservatives and right-wing and left-wing radicals in the West, hostile to the current political and social order.
