Summary/Abstract: Ova istraživačka bilješka nudi komparativnu analizu rezolucija o genocidu u Bosni i Hercegovini usvojenih u Evropskom parlamentu i Kongresu Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Analiza ukazuje na to da su rezolucije Evropskog parlamenta, u poređenju s rezolucijama Kongresa, minimalističke prirode jer vremenski i geografski ograničavaju definiciju počinjenog genocida. This research note provides a comparative analysis of resolutions on the genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina as adopted by the European Parliament and the U.S. Congress. The analysis shows that the European Parliament resolutions, compared to the Congress resolutions, are minimalist in nature considering their temporal and spatial limits in defining the genocide.
