Summary/Abstract: The importance associated with the welfare of community has constantly grown despite the fact that in the contemporary world the authorities are considered no more responsible for meeting the needs of regular people. While the connection between different fields of the social life is increasingly growing nowadays, businesses are also considered to be responsible for the welfare of the citizens. Lately, corporations act this why under the umbrella concept of corporate social responsibility. Using a semi structured interview the main objective of this paper is to identify the main concerns of managers regarding the needs of their community and also the way they perceive security and how they understand the involvement in the welfare of the citizens
