Summary/Abstract: The concept of disability with the disability, disability and having a wider content today can be defined as disability, temporary or permanent. In the publication of the Presidency of the Office of the Prime Ministry of the Prime Ministry of the Republic of Turkey, 12.29% of the population constitutes 12.29% of the disabled citizens and most of our Constitution, 5378 numbered Law on the Amendment of Some Laws and Laws and Decree Laws and international agreements to ensure equal, free and dignified life Is taken. The vital comfort of individuals who have been blocked for a certain period of time due to illness, injury, old age as well as those with physical problems are of interest to many fields of science and profession. Practices that are tried to be done with good intentions in the present day may actually be unconventional and other. For example, the emphasis on spatial arrangements such as the disabled toilet, handicapped access, disabled ramp, etc., is not mergeable, but rather separative. In this study, it is aimed to examine what everyone can do in city, building and space, so that everyone can be a candidate with disabilities and all individuals can participate in life without leaving.
