LEGAL NORMA AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

Summary/Abstract: The author deals with the issue of legal norms as the basic element of law, giving special emphasis to its invaluable signficiance about the law in general. In a very long tradition, legal norm represents a privileged part of the study of law science and the history of law, which by the time being remains a central issue of the theory and philosophy of law. The paper pays special attention to the legal norms, as well as a complex of activities related to law and autonomous organization of social relations.
