Summary/Abstract: Before beginning a brief analysis on the relationship between commercial law and competition law, it is necessary first an overview of the debates that took place the while on this subject and, on a general level, as assessed the current state of ″commercial law″, which is now almost assimilated in civil law. The aim is that through the essential aspects of this debate, to give all those interested in this issue a summary statement regarding the elements connecting the commercial law and this new branch of law, evolving: commercial competition law.
