Summary/Abstract: The unfair trade practices, condemnable in the international economic relations, have a diverse range, from which we can mention: defamation or confusion with another merchant; insidious disruption of a rival undertaking by corrupting the most experienced specialists, including recruitment; economic espionage; aggressive monopolisation of the clientele; the boycott and others. All these facts have a high potential for distortion or malfunctions generation pronounced at the level of the economic exchanges between States. We belive that special attention should be given to two particularly dangerous practices, namely dumping and export subsidies, both having great potential to destabilize the economies of some countries.
