Summary/Abstract: These are two letters received by Gregory Zossima, a revolutionary of 1848 who was exiled to Brousse, on the shores of the Marmara Sea. The first is sent by Ion Heliade-Rădulescu, of Chios, April 28 / May 10, 1852 - it was published in 1891, but with shortcomings. For this it is republished now. The second, unpublished, is sent by Marie Heliade, the wife of Ion Heliade-Rădulescu, also of Chios, on 19/31 March 1853
