Summary/Abstract: In this study, and in continuation to the one already published in Judicial Courier No. 2/2015, we intend to examine the matters already analyzed in the mentioned article in light of Decision no. 542/2014 of the Constitutional Court regarding some provisions contained in Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary public pension system.
