Leadership in interorganizational networks – perspective of network development levels

Summary/Abstract: Interorganizational networks are already a mature organizational solution. Therefore, more and more studies concerning networks are not focused on defining their essence, but searching effective solutions of network management in different areas of management. The main goal of this article is to identify at the stage of research hypothesis one of such solutions associated with leadership types characteristic for certain levels of interorganizational networks development.
