Summary/Abstract: Because of the variations in the information and communication technology, economy, demographics and lifestyles, attempts to make the business life more flexible in accommodation enterprises and studies are adopted by business executives and these efforts have been increasing for many years as they give employees the opportunity to maximize customer satisfaction with their motivation. It has been found that the occupational motivation affects significantly the external, internal, functional and wage flexibility applications of the enterprise in which they work. The powerful rivalry brought by the globalization process has required the constant growth of businesses and the follow-up of business forms in the sector. With the advancements in technology and globalization in every area, businesses have required to be aware of their national and international business manners and practices in their respective sectors in order to gain competitiveness and advantage. Japanese management model is considered exemplary, when having knowledge about Japanese management models and considering the viewpoints of Japanese management modes on business, approaches to problems, and resolving managerial problems.
