Summary/Abstract: In his article, the author presents theoretical and methodological bases for the model named The Global Leadership and Organisational Behaviour Effectiveness (GLOBE), i.e. global intercultural research. He discussed 9 dimensions of culture singled out in result of surveys and 10 country clusters. In the conclusion, he presents disadvantages and advantages of the GLOBE model.
