Summary/Abstract: An article takes up the considerations concerning the sector of services on the area of euromarket. In the article the meaning and role of services in contemporary economy have been clarified and international classification of services have been introduced. The problems connected with the idea of services, especially in the aspect of their internationalization, have been presented and clarified. In the article the problems of increase of demand for services have been brought up, the typologies of services in the international aspect have been presented and the meaning of the section of services in the economies of the member states of the European Union. Moreover, the problems concerning the politics of the European Union in the range of services, mainly in the context of realization of The Internal Market, have been raised. The elements regarding demonopolization and liberalization of the market of services have been discussed, especially in the scope of aviation and telecommunication markets. In the final part of the paper there have been presented the range and effects of implementing the directive concerning the services on the Internal Market of the European Union.
