Summary/Abstract: The problem of the mystery of faith communication is investigated in the article. Though Christians are obliged to preach to the whole creation (Mk 16, 15), the authors of the Catholic Church, from the Reformation period, debated with Protestant theologians about sacramental practice. They speak about the mystery transfer practice, called discipline arcani, dominant in the first five ages of Christianity. The article discusses the disciplina arcani (if there is any background to talk about it) in the early Christian communities of Syrians and Egypt. Texts that speak about Christian initiation processes in these churches are researched and compared.
